Lmwbg'mwbwintegrina alfa M, nota anche come mwcaITGAM, è una mwcqsubunità mwcgproteica che forma l'mwcwintegrina mwdaeterodimerica αmwdqMβmwdg2, nota anche come mwdwantigene macrofagico 1 (Mac-1) o mweqrecettore del complemento 3 (CR3)cite-ref-solov-1-0[1]. La subunità βmwfg2 è l'integrina comune nota come mwfwCD18cite-ref-2[2].

Negli studi di mwhqgenomica, il mwhgpolimorfismo a singolo nucleotide di mwhwITGAM ha un'alta correlazione con il mwialupus eritematoso sistemico, soprattutto per l'mwiqallele rs9888739cite-ref-3[3]cite-ref-4[4].
